Comfort Letting Agents

 Comfort Letting Agents was set up by Phil and Ben in 2010, both Nottingham alumni from the school of Engineering, having graduated in 2007. We aim to provide comfortable accommodation for students in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.

As well as being management agents, we have also designed and developed purpose built accommodation that we think are amongst some of the best and we aim to encourage our landlords to match our unique standards. To that extent, before ever viewing a Comfort property, you can be sure that you will not be disappointed. As students we found that some things were taken for granted in student housing, but in a typical Comfort property you will find all you need to clean, dine on, and watch TV on built in flat screens – we believe the simple things make the whole student experience better.
