Owner Registration
This area is for owners and agents of properties available to students from the University of Birmingham.
You can register your properties:
Register On-Line
This allows you to:
- Manage your property portfolio advertising on-line.
- Set up your own personal property photo album to include in your adverts.
To use this area you must first Register. Your adverts will not be shown on the site until you have paid (by post, telephone or in person).

If you have already registered, Log In to administer your account.
Register by Post
This area is supervised by Guild SHAC and you can send your property details to the office for them to administer on your behalf.

We will send out a registration pack containing all the relevant information usually within 3 working days of receiving your request.
Feel free to call us at the office we are open during 9am - 5pm on weekdays.

Simply call into the office above and our staff will provide you with the forms and give any assistance you require in completing them.
