Terms and Conditions for Unipol Training Events

When you place an order to book a place on a Unipol Training course we will, if a place is available, send you a confirmation pack containing the following: your invoice, further information about the conference, further details about the venue (including a map). If you have not received this information two weeks before the conference please contact Unipol Training on 0113 2430169 (option 4). Please note that there is no contract between us until we send the confirmation pack to you. We would advise you not to make travel arrangements until you receive the confirmation pack confirming your place on the course.

Cancellations:

A written cancellation notice must be received at least ten working days prior to the start of the conference or a cancellation fee will be charged. If you are unable to attend you may nominate a substitute delegate.
Unipol reserves the right to cancel or defer any course if it is prevented from running the course as anticipated due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, for example, acts of terrorism, flood, strikes, protests or emergencies. In the event that Unipol has to cancel or defer a course then it will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and either refund payments or offer a place on an alternative date or course.

Cancellations (student events only):

Unipol reserves the right to cancel or defer any course if it is prevented from running the event as anticipated due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, for example, acts of terrorism, flood, strikes, protests or emergencies. In the event that Unipol has to cancel or defer an event then it will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.
