Membership with Unipol provides landlords access to free training events.

These training events are designed to help improve the services we offer to students and to also prepare landlords for many difficult situations they may face.

An Introduction to Mediation Skills for Landlords

Overview:

The aim of this workshop is to support Landlords to resolve conflict and tenancy disputes by using some tried and tested mediation techniques.  The session will also look at Restorative Practice and the skills used to find resolution and compromise.

Joining Instructions:

Some case studies will be provided before the event.  Please read these and consider your approach to managing the situations described.  We will be using the case studies during the workshop.

15:20 - Breakout Rooms;

Delegates will be placed in groups in breakout rooms to look at provided case studies.  (15 mins)

15:35 - Case Study Review:

Delegates return to main group to discuss case studies. (15 mins)
