Requirements for a guarantee to be legally binding. Insurance-backed guarantee schemes. Deposit protection update.

3.20pm - 4.10pm Fining and Charging in student accommodation. How to calculate a claim for compensation (whether payable by or to the student) and why fines and penalties are open to challenge.
