12.45pm - 1.15pm Inspecting a Property and What to Look For: tenant behaviour, health and safety, disrepair and minor upgrading

2.00pm - 3.30pm Property Inspection: A visit to a shared student cluster flat in a complex. Looking at management issues in occupied dwellings. This session involves group work
