As competition increases between institutional providers, private providers and local landlords, it has never been more important to communicate with both tenants and potential future tenants in an effective manner. Information, tenant interaction, building brand loyalty and maximising lettings retention is now a vital part of running an accommodation operation.
This revised one day workshop will look at:
  • Current trends in social media
  • Understanding Generation Z and their influences
  • Using social media effectively in student accommodation
  • Increasing student engagement through improved marketing skills
  • Top tips on creating a successful social media plan

The conference will include interactive group work and will give you the opportunity to share your experiences of using social media with colleagues of the student accommodation sector.
