3 girls looking for a 4th next year in Hyde Park

hi! we are a house of 3 girls looking for a 4th to live with us next year (July 2026-June 2027)

house is £135pw (bills included)
spacious double room with storage, close to burley park station, co-op, 20 min walk from uni (Norwood)
shared bathroom between 2, modern with open walk in shower
utility room, modern kitchen, large living room with TV

will be 3rd years at time of tenancy - 2 doing healthcare & 1 philosophy student
