Double Room in Modern Decorated Shared House in Hyde Park - Available immediately - £50 per week less than original price

I am no longer studying at Leeds and I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a shared house (102 Burley Lodge Road, Hyde Park).
Large Double room on the middle floor, shared bathroom with 1 other. Sharing with 3 girls and 2 boys. All friendly housemates aged 19-20.
Large modern shared kitchen and living space and light airy throughout.
£140 per week (paid monthly- 1st of the month) with remainder of tenancy until 30.06.26 - includes gas, water, electricity and internet. However, I will agree to pay £50 per week / £200 per month of the rent as I am desperate to move this tenancy on. We will agree on how to arrange this once in contact.
I can arrange viewings with the letting agency for any perspective tenants.
