Tenancy takeover - Ensuite room at Central Village

Looking for someone to take over my current University of Leeds accommodation contract at Central Village for the 2025/26 academic year. Only students at the University of Leeds who aren’t currently in uni accommodation can take over the contract.

📍Location: Central Village (Block D), LS2 3AB - 5 minute walk from campus
🛌 Room Type: Accessible ensuite room with a private bathroom with both a bath and shower
🗓️Contract Dates: contract will run from when you begin your tenancy up until 01/06/26
ℹ️Other info: Rent is £1088.12 per month and includes utilities (gas, electricity and water), internet, Edge Premium sports membership, Residence Life Social Committee fee and basic contents insurance. Residence is self-catered with a shared kitchen.
