£125 - Room takeover wanted ASAP
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy for my room in a great house.
The rent is £125 per week, and all bills are included.
Here are the key details:
Excellent Location: The house is right next to QMC and just a 5-minute walk from the University campus and George Green Library. The University Park East drive hopper bus stop is also a 5-minute walk away.
House Info: You'll be sharing with three other students. The house has two toilets, one bathroom, a shared kitchen, and a living room.
Condition: The house has recently been renovated and is fully furnished.
