What happened at Grenfell Tower could have happened in any number of buildings.  The review that took place after the event revealed room for improvement across the board.

The Fire Safety Act 2021 aims to make sure that nothing like Grenfell ever happens again. Everyone involved in the procurement, construction, letting and management of buildings needs to know what their responsibilities are under this important legislation and those responsibilities need to be carried out competently.
