Code Halloween Competition Terms
This Unipol Code 'No Tricks, Just Treats' 2023 ("Promotion") is organized and conducted by Unipol Student Homes ("Promoter").
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the Promotion.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to students who are living in a Unipol accredited Code property during the promotional period and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion will run from 23/10/2023 to 30/11/2023 ("Promotion Period").
4. Prizes
There are 25 x £25 Deliveroo vouchers available to randomly selected Code properties via prize codes and a further 10 x £25 Deliveroo vouchers for other tenants of other Code Properties
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of payment.
Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection
Winning prize codes have been printed in 25 booklets delivered to Code accredited properties in Leeds, Nottingham and Bradford.
Prize codes can be found by scratching off the sliver code thumb on page four
Winners must follow the instructions provided to claim their Prize.
10 additional prizes will be allocated at random to Code tenants who submit their name, rental address and email
The Promoter's decisions regarding the Prize and winner selection are final and binding.
6. Prize Redemption
To claim their Prize, winners must follow the instructions provided in the Code leaflet.
Winners may be required to provide proof of their address.
Prize vouchers will be issued to winners by 22/12/2023
7. Limitations
Only one Prize is available to a winning Code registered address
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to tamper with the Promotion or violate these Terms and Conditions.
8. Disclaimer
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, computer or network failures that may affect participation in the Promotion.
9. Modification or Termination
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the Promotion.
