RATE YOUR LANDLORD

23/02/2022

Landlords and future tenants need your feedback!

Some say the home is where the heart is, and this is no less true for students as the place where you socialise, live and study.

Rate Your Landlord is the anonymous tenant-landlord feedback channel which helps optimise the student living experience.

Be it a beaming post-appraisal or a constructive post-mortem, we need this feedback- so if you rate your landlord before 27th February, we’ll enter you into a prize draw for a week’s free rent :D.

But why is this so important?

For New Students

It’s not easy judging a house before you move in; seeing and living are different things. Let prospective tenants know what you wish you had known before you moved in. Maybe your landlord experience was exceptional, and you want this for others. Maybe it didn’t meet your expectations; this is a platform for you to let future students know what you have experienced and what to expect.

Giving feedback is your chance to communicate your thoughts; and for new students, there’s no one with more experience than you!

For Landlords

Letting a home is hard work. Landlords want to know what their tenants think and what they need to focus on for the next letting season. Likewise, positive feedback is appreciated as a reward for hard work, and reviews are impactful, being visible for future tenants.

For landlords who are part of the Unipol Code Accreditation schemes, feedback provides additional insight into how well they’re performing in this set of standards.

Hard work is rewarded and recognised through the Rate Your Landlord awards each year:

So how do I do it?
