New for 2020, Unipol has launched a Landlord Clinic for Landlords in Leeds, Bradford and Nottingham. The purpose of the clinic is to support Landlords in providing a positive and professional renting experience to students. Telephone and web chat appointments are currently being offered.
The Clinic can cover issues such as the following:
- Difficult tenancy issues
- Queries arising at the start, during and at the end of a tenancy
- Legal and Regulatory requirements
- Having the opportunity to speak with an impartial person
- Advertising
- The Unipol Code
- Rate Your Landlord
When: Wednesdays
Time: 9:30am-11:30am, 20 minute appointment slots can be booked
