It is a family business. The house was refurbished last year. The house has been approved by the Unipol Code and accredited.  The tenants will be given the details in case of a breakdown. The tenants have full excess and ring them directly. We make sure that there is contact by the parties and visit on monthly basic to make sure everything is working ok.  The tenants have direct telephone numbers and e mail address if they need to contact the landlord.  There is also a back up team for any thing else.  We can provide telephone numbers of the current tenants if anyone wants to ask them about us and the way we provide are services. The deposit will be placed in one of the goverment approved scheme.
