My houses are usually let on all-inclusive terms where rents include gas, water, electricity and broadband charges.  The properties overlook Woodhouse Ridge.  There is a CCTV system covering the back access lane at the rear of the properties.    The intruder and fire alarm systems are maintained by Taybell and gas safety inspections are carried out each year by a certified gas safety inspector.

I do not charge any signing fees, take deposits or make any surprise charges.

I want my tenants to consider my houses as their homes, and will help with any issues where I can that may arise during the time they live in them.
