Hello and thanks for looking at our LS6rentals profile,
We have been letting properties to Students and professionals for over 28 years – as a family business. We enjoy what we do, always looking to find more ways of providing improved services and even higher standards of accommodation.
We have been members of Unipol Code of Standards for the past 20 years and have Unipol Golden Owner status. We also belong to Leeds City Council Accreditation Scheme, the Residential Landlords Association & Leeds Property Association.
In recent years we have won a number of awards:
Unipol Awards
- Silver in the Unipol Leeds Student Homes Garden Competition 2017 for our ‘The Turnways’ property.
- Winner of the Unipol Leeds Student Garden Competition 2013 for our ‘Stanmore Street’ property in the Most Improved Garden category.
Leeds University Student Union Landlord Awards:
- International Students’ Landlord of the Year Award 2015 Runner Up in this award in recognition of helping make international student tenants experience a positive one.
- Social Responsibility Award 2015 Runner Up along with just three other landlords and Most Socially Responsible Landlord of the Year 2013 Winner. These awards are recognition for landlords who responsibly engage with the community and the city of Leeds.
- Best Small Landlord Award 2014 Runner Up and Safer Leeds Award 2014 Winner. These were awards for small-portfolio landlords who offer quality accommodation and who look after their tenants.
- Best House Award 2012 Winner – ...It is not just about us winning though!…we also nominated our tenants at ‘The Turnways’ property for Best Household Award. This award gives landlords an opportunity to nominate tenants who they feel deserve special recognition, either for participation in community projects, handling difficult problems in the property, or taking care of their neighbours or local area. And guess what…they won!

We are available during normal office hours over the telephone and try to respond to emails the same day. Having gone through the student and letting process ourselves we have experience from the tenant's perspective and offer help & support when required. We do not charge signing fees and the tenancy deposits are secured with 'My deposits'.(Out of hours- we respond to messages left on our voicemail as soon as possible in the case of emergencies and the next working day for non emergencies. We respond to all repairs as soon as possible, generally the same day if urgent, and within the week for none urgent repairs.)
