We are based in Leeds and have been letting student properties for the last 8 years with a very small portfolio which we manage ourselves giving students the peace of mind that any problems can be resolved immediately with a quick call. We also ensure that all properties are kept up to date, replacing anything which shows signs of wear and tear, and redecorating and cleaning prior to the new term year starting.
