I am a private Unipol Code landlord aiming to provide a professional yet friendly service.  I have a good understanding of student requirements as, as-well as being a landlord I also work for the University.  I aim to maintain the property in excellent order and am located close by if need does arise to resolve any maintenance issues. I will be as up-front and transparent as possible about all costs and charges so both parties are clear where they stand.
