Unipol has produced an assessment of the Leeds student housing market.
The report was commissioned and funded by the Leeds Beckett University, the University of Leeds and Leeds City Council, and considers:
- The size, distribution and location of student residence in the city over time
- Current and future housing needs of students
- How student residential requirements interact with other tenures and renters in the city, particularly other young renters.
