Unipol is proud to be joining forces with partners across the student accommodation sector to develop a Student Housing Apprenticeship Programme.
This exciting initiative will be designed to strengthen the experience we offer to resident students by developing the next generation of skilled, passionate housing professionals.
Blending key disciplines—property and tenancy management, sales and marketing, mental health awareness, finance, risk management and compliance—this programme will lay the foundation for industry-recognised qualifications that truly reflect the complexities and importance of our work.
By investing in people, we will help to professionalise and secure the sectors future ambitions, drive future innovation, and reinforce Unipol’s commitment to adding lasting value for our students, accommodation partners, and Code members alike.
