I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Burley Road Student Accommodation, Leeds.

📍 Location: Burley Road Accommodation, E Block, Flat 9D
🏡 Room Type: Private bedroom with ensuite bathroom
🍳 Kitchen: Shared with 2 females and 1 male – clean, friendly, and respectful flatmates
📦 Room Features: Spacious and comfortable, includes all essentials – desk, chair, cupboard, and plenty of storage space
💰 Rent: [Insert weekly rent – e.g., £[amount] per week, bills included]
📅 Tenancy Period: 27/10/2025 – 05/09/2026
🚚 Move-in Date: Available from 27/10/2025

The accommodation is in a great location, close to the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University. The building offers excellent facilities including laundry, study spaces, a common room, and 24-hour reception/security.
