Study Abroad Tenancy Takeover Spring Semester 25/26

I am looking for someone studying at UON/NTU, and maybe someone that is coming back from a study abroad or is looking for a place to stay for the single semester.

Details:
Room type: Executive En suite Studio (Kitchen included)
Block: URB 6 Floor 2
Price per month: £678.78
Contract end date: 15/08/2026
Bills: Included ( Water, gas, electricity and other utilities)
Other details: Gym, cinema room, laundry, common room.

The accommodation is a 20 minute walking commute to Jubilee Campus and is right next to ALDI, B&M and the gym group. Direct access to other forms of transportation i.e. bus, lime bike to town and to campus.
