Looking for one female for 3 people housing 26/27

Hello,

We need a feminine, female or androgynous/enby 3rd person to live in a house. For religious reasons one of us can't share a house only with a guy. Also we are mainly looking at LS1/LS2 areas. Anywhere close to Uni of and Leeds Arts maximum 15 min walk distance. Our budget is max £145/pppw.

Hi! I am interested for sure :) I was meant to have a house share with my two friends but they ditched me so now I'm really desperate to find some people to live with, I go Leeds Beckett Uni which should be fine in terms of distance too, and my budget is around the same. I've already found a few houses on a few websites if needed!
