Looking for 3 housemates (preferably girls) 2026/27

Hi! Recently, two of my friends who were going to originally share with me changed plans and decided they're sharing with their other friends, so I've been left alone. I'm looking for a house share for max. £150ppw, though it can be negotiated, and max. 3 people other than myself. I really am struggling this year with my current flatmates not cleaning up after themselves, so I really just want people who are clean, and possibly people who are on the quieter side, since I'm a little tired of how loud it is. I go to Leeds Beckett University, so I'm looking in that area specifically, really no more than a 20 min walk away. Please contact me if interested :)

Hi hi, me and two other girls are considering this 4 bedroom house for next year in Woodhouse and I was wondering if you’d like to meet up to grab coffee to get to know each other.
