Tenancy Takeover wanted for my brand-new studio flat in Leeds!

❗️LOOKING FOR A TENANCY TAKEOVER❗️
I’m looking for someone to take over my private studio at The Fabric Works in Leeds. It’s a modern, spacious, and fully self-contained studio ideal for students who want comfort, privacy, and convenience right in the heart of the city.
The studio includes:
•A comfortable compact double bed
•Your own private kitchennette
•A modern en-suite bathroom
•A large study area with plenty of storage
•Fast WIFI throughout the building
The Fabric Works is a popular student accommodation with excellent facilities (e.g. a gym, cinema room, private dining, study rooms,) including secure entry and on-site laundry. It’s in a fantastic location- approximately a 10 minute walk from Leeds city centre, the key universities, cafe’s, transport links, with an ALDI across the road.
I am only leaving due to personal reasons. This is a great opportunity to take over a well-maintained, comfortable studio.
