Tenancy Takeover- 164 Burley Road, Hyde Park
Hello! I am looking for someone to replace me in a six bed, all girls house on Burley Road in Hyde Park for the 2026-27 academic year, with the tenancy beginning 1st July 2026.
All the other girls in the house are first year students, they are super friendly, fun and sociable.
Price: £135 per week (including bills).
6 bed, 3 bathroom property.
15 minute walk to UoL, 20 minute walk to Leeds Beckett.
