Room available in Hyde Park from February 1st until July 1st. 4 housemates 2 students and 2 other tenants temporarily renting for the semester due to 3 housemates doing a semester abroad.Large bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe ,drawers and desk. Living room with gas fire and large windows also basement with area to socialise. 3 toilets 1 shower and 1 bath shower .Comes with wifi and bills included. Less than a 5 minute walk to a one stop and pub and 15 minute walk to University of Leeds.
Rent: 528.60 a month
