Looking for a friendly and vibrant place to call home?

We have a spacious 5-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms (both with showers). The house features a cozy front and back patio, a good-sized living room, and a well-equipped kitchen.

Located just a 35-minute walk from the University of Leeds, it's perfect for students who want to be close to campus while enjoying a comfortable living space.

Currently, the house is home to four guys studying Engineering, Geology, and History. They are friendly, clean, tidy, and enjoy socialising, whether it's a trip to the pub, dancing the night away, or just hanging out and listening to music.

The house is in Council tax band D.
