Looking for 1 housemate for July 2026
Hi, we are 2 female students currently studying at uni of leeds going into our 2nd year. We have a 3 bedroom house secured but our 3rd person has decided to drop out of uni. The house is 15-20 minute walk to the university and it has a garden and parking. The price is £139 pppw with bills included. I can happily provide more information and photos etc. my dog is also joining us, so you would need to be happy with pets - but she is very friendly and well behaved. We are both open to meeting new potential housemates beforehand, we are both friendly and don’t go out much and are very respectful - please let me know!
