Looking for 1 current first year Leeds student for the 26/27 academic year to live in Headingly

Hi, we're looking for a replacement tenant after one of our housemates dropped out.
We are a 5 person mixed (2 males, 3 females) social house and are looking for a 6th housemate who is friendly, respectful and sociable.
The house we're moving into is located in Headingly and has 7 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms.
Rent £110pppw
Bills £21pppw
