Hi, I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my room at 44B Hanover Square, Leeds, starting 1 July 2026.
• 5-bedroom student house

• 2 shared bathrooms

• Property is managed by Unipol

• Walking distance to Uni of Leeds & Leeds Beckett

• Popular student area (Hyde Park/Hanover Square)
The room is very cosy located in the loft of the house.
The house is in a great location with easy access to campus, shops and transport links.
This is an official contract transfer through Unipol, so everything will be handled properly and securely.
