Looking for housemates 2026/27

Hi, I'm looking to form a group of 4-6 to search for a 3rd year house for 26/27. Budget is around or below £130pppw. I'm pretty clean (especially when it comes to communal spaces), very friendly and sociable, so looking for friendly, like-minded, tidy people.

Don't mind mixed or all lads group, but would prefer a chilled group, although I don't mind the occasional small house party. Would prefer other 3rd year students. Message if you're interested, and I'll make a little group chat: 07904118665 / @1nick_i
