partial summer tenancy takeover, broadgate park
-close to UON uni park campus (~15 min walk)
-lease ends 24/07/2025 (6 weeks). I'll be gone from 11 June.
-sharing 2 bathrooms & a kitchen
-5 girls in total
-big table + shelves
-kitchen space: cutlery drawer, 2 cabinet (top & bottom)
-kitchen has microwave, toaster, induction stove, kettle
-fridge space/shelf + freezer
-corridor & kitchen cleaned once weekly
