Room in Hyde Park available £139.50 per week

Hiya, unfortunately I am leaving uni and looking for a girl to take over my room in a lovely mid terrace house in Hyde Park on Chestnut avenue with 5 other girls.

All rooms very similar size. Be only room on floor, bathroom on floor above. Room has a fire place. Furnishings eg bed, mattress, desk are all included. House is 21 minute walk away from centre/uni. very central to lots of pubs and shops.

Its a 12 month contract with features of:
- Burglar alarm
- TV in the house
- Washing machine and tumble dryer
- 2 bathrooms + extra WC
- 20 minute walk away from uni/centre
- access to bus stops
- access to lots of shops and pubs
- has back and front garden

Utilities are included and it is £139.50 per week.

Tenants starts 13/07/2026 till 12/07/2027

It will be a room with 5 other lovely Uni of Leeds girls in second year. All years and uni's within Leeds, welcome doesn't have to be uni of student or second year could even be masters or PHD.
House vibe is very friendly and welcoming, likes to go out as well as do nice stuff all together. Girls are excited to welcome a new tenant and hope to make friends.

I lived with the girls for first year in my accom and we are all great friends just have decided that university isn't for me. Girls are very clean and respectful in kitchen/living room and will be extremely welcoming.
