ROOM AVAILABLE 1st July- spacious 7-bedroom, Hyde Park, tenant needed ASAP.

139 ppw including bills. Lovely 7-bedroom house just a three minute walk from 24-hour Sainsburys in Hyde Park and a 5 minute walk from Headingley. Friendly and welcoming mixed gender household (3 guys, 3 girls) and a really nice vibe. The house has 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a spacious living area and back garden. Perfect for something chill but equally good as a house for parties. I am leaving Leeds so will urgently need my place as a tenant to be filled as soon as possible as the tenancy starts July 1st. Let me know if anyone is interested and feel free to ask questions!
