£178/week all bills included, Oak House, 1 Bedroom Ensuite, Available May/June - August

Looking for someone to take over my ensuite room in a shared student flat in Leeds. The room will be available starting May 15th, and I will already be covering the remainder of May’s rent.

Rent is £178/week, all inclusive and furnished.

The flat is shared with 5 postgraduate students who are very friendly, quiet, and clean. The accommodation is in a great location, around 10 minutes from both the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University, and the city centre.
