ROOM AVAILABLE IN HYDE PARK/HEADINGLEY- From 1st July 2026.
Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a lovely modern 6-bedroom house in Hyde Park/Headingley! Perfect for a student studying at a Uni in Leeds (preferably female).

- £130pp/week INCLUDING bills
- Fully furnished
-Recently renovated
-24-minute walk or short bus ride to University of Leeds campus
- Available from 1st July 2026- 30th June 2027

The house includes:
-6 bedrooms
-Large living room
-Spacious kitchen/dining area
-3 bathrooms
-Outdoor space

You will be living with 5 amazing, friendly and fun girls who will all be going into their 2nd year at UOL- they are super welcoming and looking for one more housemate!

I am leaving uni, so I need someone to take over the tenancy ASAP.
