ROOM AVAILABLE 119PW INCL. HYDE PARK 1ST JULY

We have a room in a 5 bed in Hyde Park (right next to the Picture House) for £119pw including bills. Tenancy starts 1st July.

Unfortunately our housemate has decided to drop out of uni now so we need a replacement ASAP.

The address is Welton Grove, LS6 1ES, if you're interested. The listing is still online but we have signed on already.
