STUDENT ROOM TAKEOVER AVAILABLE – JULY TO SEPTEMBER

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a premium student room from 1st July until the first week of September.

• Premium room normally priced at £159 per week
• Fully furnished student accommodation
• Shared kitchen/living space
• Good location for university and transport links
• Contract through Homes for Students
• Available immediately from 1st July
• Room viewings available

I’m moving into a new house earlier than expected, so I’m looking for someone to take over the remaining part of my tenancy.

Photos are not of the exact room, but they are the same room type and size.
