One room available- four bed flat in Leeds City Centre- £139 pppw

Hey! I’m urgently looking for a student to take over my room tenancy due to a change in circumstances, in a lovely homely flat in Leeds City Centre, just off of Kirkgate market, available from the 1st July!

It is a four bedroom flat with two bathrooms, meaning you will only be sharing your bathroom with one other person! All the rooms are also a decent size.

Rent is £139 pppw including bills and tv licence. It is only a 5 minute walk from Leeds Conservatoire and about a 15/20 minute walk from Leeds and Leeds Beckett City Campus. There is also a direct bus to Headingley campus from pretty much outside of the door.
