Huge Room in 2 Bed house in Hyde park

Hello! I’m looking to give up my tenancy for my room in this 2 bed house in Harold grove, Hyde park due to personal issues which mean I’m moving Back home.

It’s a big spacious room, plenty of living room and kitchen space for two people. The girl you would be living with is hand on heart one of the loveliest down to earth girls ever. (And she’s clean too!) it’s impossible to have a bad experience with her as a flatmate (talking from experience)

The tenancy starts July 4th and would end June 30th the next year.

Rent is £507 a month
Bills are in a uni homes package of £160 a month
(For a 2 bed HOUSE with this much space that’s a mad bargain)

Don’t worry about a deposit, I have got you covered as a thank you for taking this up for me!
