Hyde Park tenancy takeover

Hi,
We have a room available in a 4 person house on Hessle Road in Hyde Park as one of our housemates has decided to drop out. Rent is only £124 per week (bills included). The house is 4 bed, 2 bath, has washing machine and tv etc. and has a small front garden. Currently we have 2 girls and 1 guy who are all going into second year, but we are open to anyone who thinks they would fit with us. We are all friendly and sociable and love pub trips and nights out, but we all equally love a night in.
