On-Campus Room Contract Takeover: 7-9 Springfield Mount (2026/27)

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a replacement student to take over my University of Leeds uni-managed accommodation contract for the 2026/27 academic year.

Details:
• Location: Springfield Mount (On-campus, self-catered shared house)
• Room Type: Room 2.1, Standard 8
• Dates: 12/09/2026 to 10/07/2027
• Total Price: £6,537.72 (Paid in standard uni installments)

What's included:
All utility bills, high-speed Wi-Fi, basic contents insurance, and a FREE Premium Edge Sports Membership (gym/pool access).

Eligibility Requirements:
The university requires that you are a registered University of Leeds student and do NOT already hold a uni accommodation contract for 2026/27.
