Looking for fifth flatmate for house in Lenton triangle, available from August 8th.

🏡 Tenancy Takeover - looking for a fifth housemate for 2026/27 academic year!

We’re looking for a housemate to takeover a room in our house in the Lenton triangle for the 2026/27 academic year, as one of our housemates has left university.

We’re 4 girls who are 19/20 with 3/4 of us having taken a gap year. We all attend the University of Nottingham and are going into our second year.

Our house is sociable and lively, enjoying nights out as well as nights in, and is in a convenient location to access the city centre for NTU campus and also the UoN campus 📍

🗓️ It is available from August 8th

💵 Rent is £164 a week including bills and utilities

You will have access to:
—> a fully furnished bedroom with a sink
—> shared living and dining areas
—> 2 bathrooms
—> kitchen
—> washing machine and tumble dryer
