TENANCY TAKEOVER -STUDENT HOUSE IN LEEDS

Looking for someone to take over a roommates tenancy for the next academic year .

📍Location- Headingly ,headingly avenue LS6 3ER
🏠 House- 8 bedroom 3 bathroom student house
💷 Rent- £140 per week bills included however the first month of rent has already been paid for, so it’s £608 less for the year!
📆 Tenancy- 01/08/ 2026 - 30/06/2027

You‘ll be living with 7 friendly people , 2 girls a 5 guys ! 4 second years and 3 third years

- Lots of parking on the street !
