URGENT: Accommodation Contract Takeover - Hepworth Lodge

urgent tenancy takeover, needs to be gone ASAP.
hi everyone,
if youre a student at University of Leeds or about to be one through clearing or a returning student or anything like that i need someone to take over my hepworth lodge tenancy because I won't be able to live there anymore due to unforeseen circumstances

its a lovely ensuite with a big room and good bathroom
169 p/w, 7 minutes from campus and in the city centre so next to grocery stores and all the things leeds has to offer.
it also has a 1 year prepaid gym membership (so you get it for free!) it also has free parking if you have a car and other amenities they offer.

i really need it gone so please comment or dm me if youre interested.
