Urgent Tenancy Takeover
I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy (preferably a girl!) on Quarry Street in Woodhouse, Leeds. It’s a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house and you’d be sharing with my lovely friends Bethan, Thomas, and Emily, who love going to cafes, trying new food spots, and bars! They are going to be third year fashion marketing students in September. The cost is £635 per month but I have already paid the first two installments which takes just under £1300 off your total - bills included! Please comment or DM if interested🩷
