Tennacy takeover needed in Hyde park

I’ve dropped out of university and need someone to move into my room. First 2 months of rent and bills already paid. House is on ebberson terrace so near the uni, a few bars and shops. House is shared with 5 other boys who are all social n friendly. Room is located on the ground floor Which is the same floor as one of the bathrooms.
